Security is architecture, not marketing

Signex is designed so the private key does not reach our infrastructure. Other services can promise not to store a key after upload; Signex avoids the upload entirely.

The .p12 file is decrypted in your browser with node-forge. Our servers receive only public fields: IIN, full name, expiry, thumbprint.

This is a technical constraint, not a corporate promise.

FAQ

Is it safe?

Yes. The EDS private key is decrypted in your browser and is never sent to our servers. The server receives public certificate fields only.

Does it support NCA RK GOST 2022?

Yes. Signex supports RSA, GOST 34.10-2015, and current GOST 2022 certificates.

What is stored on Signex servers?

Email, IIN, full name, technical certificate fields, and account audit log. Servers are hosted in Kazakhstan.

Do I need NCALayer?

No for certificate management. You may still need NCALayer when signing on government portals.

Is it paid?

Free for individuals up to 5 certificates. Business plans add teams, API, and audit export.
