Pricing FAQ

Can I start free and upgrade later?

Yes. The free plan is available indefinitely. You can upgrade to Pro or Business from profile settings at any time.

What happens when I exceed the certificate limit?

Existing certificates remain visible. Adding a new certificate above the limit is blocked until you remove one or upgrade.

Is there a paid-plan trial?

Pro includes a planned 14-day trial without a card. Business starts after a manager-led demo.

Can legal entities pay by invoice?

Yes, for Business. The contract is signed with a Kazakhstan resident entity.

What does 'dedicated account manager' include?

A personal contact channel, priority request handling, API integration assistance, and quarterly check-in calls.

Can I cancel Pro or Business?

Yes, at any time from profile settings. Paid features remain available until the end of the paid period. Unused time is not refunded.

Are my certificates kept after I downgrade?

Yes. Certificates remain in your profile; access to paid features (API, export, team roles) is restricted. If you exceed the free limit, existing certs remain visible but adding new ones is blocked until you upgrade or delete some.
